Accounts Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting system.
  • Prepare full set of accounts and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare necessary accounting schedules : Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc
  • Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Financial accounting qualifications and experience is a must.
  • Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work an especially with numbers.
  • IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software required.
  • Open-minded, independent and bilingual (Mandarin) individual preferred
  • Able to start work immediately

Accounts Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing and year-end audit activities
  • Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting system.
  • Prepare full set of accounts and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare necessary accounting schedules : Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc
  • Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and accounting functions
  • Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Financial accounting qualifications and experience is a must.
  • Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work an especially with numbers.
  • IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software required.
  • Open-minded, independent and bilingual (Mandarin) individual preferred
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision

Accounts Manager

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent and/ or ‘CPA Singapore’ preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To maintain and expand existing relationships.
  • To lead and monitor a team of accountants and bookkeepers.
  • To ensure that all accounting work is in compliance with the management and the regulatory requirements for our clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge in FRS & experience in accounting, audit and tax.
  • Resourceful, analytical, independent and meticulous.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Corporate Secretary

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Familiar with Incorporation of Singapore Private Limited Company
  • Familiar with ACRA Biz-filing requirements
  • Good organising & coordinating skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Possess initiative, pleasant personality & team player

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
  • Updating & maintaining statutory registers & records
  • Preparing board resolutions and minutes
  • Preparing & filing of e-forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Meeting clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in English; able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with minority Chinese speaking clients)
  • Able to work independently and under stress
  • A can-do attitude that takes initiative and thrives in a start-up environment
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, work to tight deadlines and multi task
